Popped my brisket cherry


I grill regularly but finally dipped my toes in smoking. I am really impressed with myself! One of the best briskets I’ve ever had. Wish I had more pictures but it was too delicious.

    Looks great! Be prepared for some of the next ones you do to not be as good. One of the first ones I ever cooked was the best one I ever cooked. Been chasing that guy for years.
